I made this mod about 3 months ago, I was too lazy to translate it into English and forget it.
It is different from the base game pickpocket interaction, steal money won't hug, they just steal in a distance. Children could steal money from adults as well, the target age from teen to elder.

I hate sims do respectful bow autonomously after I installed the snowy escape, so I disallow the autonomous.
It is a very tiny tweak, I only edit the 0000001F!000000000003D645 file.
Sims will no longer do the respectful introduction except you direct them to.

I think the concept of university skill class is very good, but the execution is quite disappointing.
It charge 250 simoleons for one class, 105 mins rabbit hole, however, the improvement of the skill is so lame!
I have to make some tweaks.
