The spoilers are crazy, and can ruin multiple seasons of a show. It's not so bad on stand-alone films because they're a week ahead on Patreon and have already seen everything by the time the schedule's posted.

Lately I've had things in my life that have made me depressed and other things that I should be able to have and deserve but do not have largely because of my own failures and complete lack of effort over the past years. And as a result my motivation to keep my daily workouts going is quickly waning. This really helps because I get this notification and I'm like super excited, and I want to watch it immediately. This can be my lunch. and I get to turn off my brain for while. But I have to work out first. That's the deal. No workout no Ash vs. Evil Dead instant gratification.
