Assuming you're talking about ºC, which is mid -20s in ºF, we get that once every few years. (For -31ºF, I think we've hit it once or twice that I can remember.) I think the coldest we've had this year was -12ºF (-24ºC) a couple nights ago. And then to go out skating in it… I'm definitely impressed!
