Added 2021-07-01 23:36:32 +0000 UTCHi Everyone. Here is Jadyns release for July. Alicia Keys has such a soulful voice and it's definitely one that is hard to emulate. Jadyn really loved this song and wanted to do her best to cover it.
Now that things are starting to ease up a little with restrictions, we hope that the Canada/US border will open. As soon as that happens Jadyn will be back in the studio with Curt and we will all have some new ORIGINAL music. Until then we hope that you enjoy thins cover song.

But first things first: France is calling you and all the other people from "Flag Day, the movie". So you are going to make your first steps here in Europe, not as a singer but as an actress. Who would have thought about that one?

First off.. I, Like everyone else, I loved, and i mean.. Loved, your cover! i love your singing, your control, the whole vibe that you give off not only in this song.. but in All your songs.. Just one thought though, and this thought started with something your amazing Dad mentioned in the titled message of this post. while i agree with him on that it is very hard to emulate another singer/preformer, great or even not so great singers/preformers.. in my eyes, honestly, dont bother trying to emulate them. NOT because you are Not good enough! that is Not what im saying at all. What I am saying is.. if i wanted to listen to Alicia Keys sing songs.. quite honestly i would go listen to her. But, It's You i come here for and want to listen to. It is your fantastic voice, talent and beautiful personality i come here to see and hear. If you only ever take one bit of advice from this old fellow ... Please do not try to be Alicia Keys, Beyoncé or Lady Gaga.. You are JADYN RYLEE! You Be you! and i know that sounds simple, and it is. But BE You when you do the covers.. make the song YOURS, if in this example Alicia goes high..you can go low.. or How ever you want to.. recent history is full of artists doing old songs.. in new and fantastical ways.. The Sound of Silence by Disturbed is my perfect example and we All know how that hit the "fans"!!.. So long story short.. You do not have to or try to emulate anyone in my honest opinion.. I love your own skill set! Go Ahead and Explode onto the world with it! And continue to do so! AGT is a place where you will want to do that too! You want to leave the whole audience wanting you to sing more songs again and again!! And because Even if it's a cover.. its an original. Just like you Do with me! hope you understand what im saying there..? It is what i mean when i say "Stay true Jaydn!" Stay true to yourself above all else and you will go far! Sorry if i write such long posts, but you inspire me to want to support you in every way i possibly can. Hope this helps, if even in a small way on your journey through your career and life!
