Jimmy Paige on guitar hard to cover, John Bonham on drums hard to cover. Jimmy Paige did a video on the making of Stairway to Heaven. It was done to start on a simple side, with the song going into harder layers thru the song. The only performance of Stairway to Heaven that tops your cover, in my opinion, was by Heart, at the Kennedy Center, in honor of Led Zeppelin, and that 1 had an orchestra and a choir.
