This week, we're delving into another kinda nebulous term that gets bandied about a lot in the TTRPG space: IMMERSION. Specifically, wtf is it and why is it so important? Breaking immersion is often a thing groups and often GMs in particular are warned to NOT do at all cost. We're...kinda questioning that here! Or rather, we're questioning what's required for immersion to happen, what truly breaks it, and how important it is in the first place.
