October Tutorial Poll!

Hi everyone! I've compiled ideas together from the submissions received as well as some ideas I had that could make them nice general topics to have as tutorials for everyone :)

See below and make a vote on what you'd like to see!

I've also noticed some of the submissions are quite specific, so I've tried to turn them into topics that could help as well be for general knowledge.

There are a lot of good submission ideas so apologies I couldn't fit them all! But can relist them for next month!

Very late - Hope you will still read this. From the beginning the biggest stumbling block for me is painting the detail of the mountains, cliffs and rocks, giving the depth and realismn. In most of your tutorials you are painting way to fast to see how you are painting the strokes. A step by step tutorial on the brushes you use, the strokes you paint with, the way you erase strokes, shown very slow, so the student can copy your actions and get the same results. This would be the "break through" tutorial for me.

You’re right! I’ll try that!

Gabriel

Try downloading a different brush set and see if that works

GirlStoryArtist

I guess it’s just a me problem lmao, I’ll have to keep trying

Gabriel

Hey, I use procreate and was able to import the brushes and they are working just fine for myself.

GirlStoryArtist

When I click the link to download on my iPad, it just buffers for a moment and then goes back to the link

Gabriel

Procreate does support the brushes. You’re able to import the files from the brushes panel but the behaviour isn’t the same.

Si

Dang that sucks to hear, how’d you even get them in procreate?

Gabriel

I have found the brushes to behave very differently in procreate sadly - I can't get them working at all well

Si

If I use procreate would I still be able to import abr brushes to my iPad? I’m trying to click the link and it doesn’t work

Gabriel

I'm so excited!
