Stream - Step By Step Tutorial

I had a lot of people asking for this process so of course I was going to give it to you! I have also voiced this video and provided tips throughout to help give you an understanding of the process in creating this.
This post contains the 15 minute tutorial video, the open-layered Photoshop file, brushes used and 3x wallpapers (for desktop, phone and a 4K version of the artwork)!
