Procreate - Chalk Brushes!
Added 2022-11-03 12:25:28 +0000 UTCHi everyone! I have been spending the last month or so testing and creating Procreate versions of my chalk brushes. As many of you guys use Procreate here, it only makes sense to create some!
I am and have been aware that many people are struggling to get the chalk brushes to work properly when converting my Photoshop brushes over. For those that don't know - Photoshop and Procreate run completely different brush engines so you can't expect the imported brush results to work 100%.
To simply put it and break the news - For detailed and complex brushes (such as my chalk brushes with multiple layers of configurations) it is simply too much for the Procreate brush engine to handle and capture.
SO, I have been testing and created these brushes entirely on Procreate from scratch and I have finally created these 4! The first one is the main one that I would use all the time, and the others are variations that you can use if you like.

2023-05-24 13:36:13 +0000 UTCHello! So after downloading it on Google drive, you tap on the three dots (top right), then « open in » (might not be written the exact same thing, since mine is in another language, average translation) then you find the procreate app and click on it.

2022-11-04 08:02:20 +0000 UTCHope you enjoy them! There’s only 4 chalk brushes but it’s more than enough because I only use one brush 85% of the time when I draw anyways lol. HAHA not likely to see me draw on procreate, it’s too uncomfortable for me to be honest and it’s really bad for my posture and eyes. I am exclusive to Photoshop but it seems like a lot of people are feeling like they can’t follow my tutorials etc without my brushes so thought I’d do something about it. Now that we have them, there shouldn’t be any issues as the way I draw on photoshop can all be done on procreate as well 😊
