If youβre in the UK you can order it online (unfortunately I couldnβt find any sellers that traded outside of Europe). The stuff is surprisingly sweet, though itβs also got a definite cheese tang. Itβs really good on crackers or toast β something to balance out the sweetness. If you get a chance to try it, Iβd really recommend it!

It might well be - a lot of cheeses I find listed online use both names. I'm no expert, though, so there might be some technical difference between them. Very cool that you can get either in stores, though!
