Brief 100,000 subscribers update

- The channel crossed a big milestone on Monday: 100,000 subscribers! I'm very thankful to have so many people interested in cities, city planning, and the videos I make. Onward to 1,000,000! :)
- Over the past nine months, I've posted on a regular schedule of one video every three weeks. With work on my dissertation heating up and a new baby on the way, the only logical thing to do is... increase the number of videos I make! I'll be moving to an every-two-week schedule starting with the next video, due for publication on Thursday, March 21st. All of you patrons made your voice heard when I posted the poll back in November. Ten of you asked for more frequent uploads and I'm happy to make that happen.
- Fifteen of you asked for higher-quality videos with better production values. I'm working on that front as well. I've hired an editor to help me with video production. He will help me make videos faster (see previous bullet) and also help with a lot of the quality control issues that still pop up in my videos. The additional help will also make it easier for me to make longer videos that dig deeper into topics.
All of this progress wouldn't be possible without your support and feedback. Thank you!
