I do think Doctor is "helping" some of the patients but I don't believe he did anything to the Nipon guy since it was forced. They also make a point that he's a kind man. It wouldn't make sense. Though I do see how Wasan would be suspicious of him. I'm glad I'm not the only one gushing about how cute Jaylerr is especially this episode. Like how is he so handsome yet adorable at the same time? Doctor was completely right π
