2023-10-09 12:49:24 +0000 UTCMalin, I've had acupuncture treatment and I am a hundred per cent certain it works. But you need to give it time. Everybody is different of course but I suffered migraine for years until I gave up dairy (which many people say is terrible and impossible). That was a really long time ago and since then I have hardly had a headache and certainly no more migraine. On the other hand, my brother loves his cheeses, cream, ice cream, yoghurt, milk, butter and all things dairy but continues to be crippled by migraine. Hopefully, acupuncture will be enough for you and the misery of migraine will be no more for you... ๐คGood luck today ๐
