Aw man that certainly sounds like a lot! When I came back from SK I felt like my schedule was flipped for 3 weeks lol? So I know how it goes. I’m sorry to hear about your mom especially for being there for two weeks, I really hope she gets well enough to go home soon. It’s never a fun time seeing your loved ones in a hospital but I’m glad you got a chance to get out and get distracted, also for her condition to get better. I hope some friends or family give you other things to step away with soon. Don’t let it beat ya and hope for the better and I think those good vibes will keep making their way back to ya! 🤞🏽

I've recently returned from my home country to the U.S. and jetlag has been kicking my ass. My mom got sick while we were there and was hospitalized and it was scary af, she's still sick so beyond the hospital i hadn't really gotten out of the house for 2 weeks until yesterday. A family friend was having a party and needed help setting up and the process just kind of helped me heal a bit, because the main joy/distraction i've had for the past few months have been consuming SVT and ZB1 content. So today i'm doing pretty well and my mom's health has improved a lot, so things have been looking up. Hopefully the good vibes continue until i go back to college.

The weekend has been good but too short! I have to go help my cousin pack as she's moving to the states soon so that will take up most of today and then it's back to the 9:00 to 5:00 grind. It never gets that hot here it's like 70 now and maybe 85-90 is considered a heat wave. I enjoyed the videos this week, you're definitely doing something so don't doubt it and hope you got to relax a bit too.

Morning ant, I’ve been so annoyed😂 car problems on car problems coming at the wrong time considering I’ll be started class at medical campus soon (like an hour away) and been trying to get a new job cuzz I’m over my current one 🙄 I’ve been fine with the videos, I have yet to be able to get into zb1 myself but I always try to leave a like if anything when I can. And here I thought it be hot in Miami, it’s burning in Texas I see. Hope u can enjoy ur visit there
