I wanted to post this now since we’re nearing the end of this current 12 film CKCCC cycle. I don’t remember when but a while back Clay proposed doing a Criterion Closet draft. I liked that idea and think I’d prefer that to the normal CKCCC Drafts. I don’t mind listening to those but they are a little redundant since it’s Clay and Ryan discussing the same films they’ve already discussed at length. I was really entertained by Ben Affleck’s Criterion Closet picks (he chose two movies in which he appears in!). That would be my suggestion.
