Here's Rose! How are thing's going?

Sadly Schpog and I don't have time to do any daily content for #Mayternity, but we both liked the idea of combining Mermay and Mayternity into #Mermayternity. So I spontaneously decided to draw at least one piece for the occasion!

You might see Schpog doing one or two sketches for this in in May, too. If you have any special pregnant mermaid requests for this, you can drop them here!

Pic 1 shows the finished piece, pic 2 is an alternate version I ended up liking a lot, too. You can see descriptions of the steps when you click on the pics at the bottom!

I painted in EasyPaintool Sai 2.0 and used Photoshop for mood and liquify.

I'm not too happy with how the hand looks, but I'm also not willing to work on this any longer, so suck it, my perfectionistic side!
