Thank you for all the detailed instructions in your collection. Following them averted a massive disaster. I had downloaded the lastest not so greatest version of Vortex and it was following its own path as opposed to the instructions you had given it but because I turned to your Discord channel where I saw Sora discussing the issues with said Vortex version and find out which version I needed to get it to work properly. One thing I would like to share from this experience, I have only just recently began playing FO4 so I did not already have a pre next gen version on steam. Galaxy of Games has recently began supporting FO4 and their default version is the 1.10.163. GoG has also promised to keep their version of FO4 as mod friendly as possible. Their Fallout 4 G.O.T.Y does not even include any of the creator club content, the bethseda.net, nor DRM. Plus they make rolling back to previous versions as well as disabling updates really easy.
