Bridget's eyes were filled with sadness in an instant. It looked a little bit like she was about to cry. I suddenly felt very much ashamed.
Bridget said very quietly:
"I am sorry, Tony. I was so excited to hold you as Luce did. Seeing someone your size is something I thought impossible until today.
