Added 2022-05-08 17:53:40 +0000 UTC1. Make sure that the wire is energized.
2. Take the scissors.
3. Try to cut the wire but don't do that! select "Wait let me think..."
4. Take the mop.
5. Dry the floor
6. Now you can cut the wire.
