Legitimately soon this time, actually. I got all the sprites I needed done for day 3 re-update! That's all the outfits, all the expressions, and all the bases for

One thing I'm gonna need a bit of time to implement but I think has Fantastic potential is...!

This border! I'm planning on using it as a visual indicator when a specific plot device is at play, with perhaps different intensities based on how serious the situation is and the consequences of it.

A lot of scenes like this right now currently are written like "what would be the most dramatic way I can think of to show the impact this is having on MC?" Unfortunately, this leads to some pretty strong inconsistency and honestly it's kinda annoying when I have to try n remember how things play out specifically, keeping transitions and stuff the same. I think this'll be a nice, polishing change!

...Also, Jorge's mark looks a little different. I might have mentioned this earlier, but I felt I should say it here since it's different in the last image. This right here is current Jorge!

On another note:

Paul has a hat now! It's cute.

Lastly: Eiji's gonna get an update later and while I was sitting around up here I felt like trying something a bit different with his sketch. As you can see, I separated out a lot of his body parts so I could try and connect everything properly, flipping the canvas again and again to try and make the best Eiji I could. I still have a few things I want to fix (For instance, I'm gonna slightly adjust the shape on the end of his tail), but I think this felt pretty good to make!

It took a while, mind you, but I think if I were to do this more often then they'd likely age a lot better than they do right now. That or maybe I'm using way more effort than I need to. Regardless, I think he's looking pretty good!

I've still got some writing left to do, but I plan on getting that done as soon as I can. With any luck, I'll be able to finally release the long-awaited day 3 within the week.
